Seymour Medical Practice was formed in May 2005 by the merger of the previous practices, Dr Norman & Partners and Dr Price & Partners, both from within the Health Centre.

Surgery Opening Times

The surgery is open on weekdays between 8.00am and 6.30pm, though it does close its doors Tuesday to Thursday between 12.30 and 1.30pm. However, we are still available via the telephone at these times.

Disabled Access

At the surgery reserved car parking spaces for the disabled are marked near the front doors. Wheelchair access to the building is available at both entrances. A disabled patients' WC is located in the waiting area and we also have a lift available to the dental suite on the first floor. If access proves difficult to any of our disabled patients we would be happy to consider any suggestions for improvement.
