Opening Times

The health centre doors are open Monday to Friday between 8.30am and 6.30pm, closing for lunch on Tuesday to Friday between 12.30 and 1.30pm .

The Seymour Medical Practice is available by telephone throughout the day on Monday to Friday from 8.00am to 6.30pm.

Standard hours: Doctor's surgeries are held each weekday morning and afternoon at a range of times to suit individuals’ needs, the earliest starting at 8.40am and the latest finishing at 6pm.

Extended hours: The practice is participating in the extended hours initiative, which means we now offer appointments with a doctor on Wednesday evenings from 6.30 to 8pm and Saturday mornings from 9am to 12.30pm. This service is designed primarily for working people who can’t get to surgery very easily in the normal working week. These Wednesday evening and Saturday morning appointments are bookable in advance only; there are no emergency appointments at these times. Please note that at these times the health centre doors will only be opened to admit patients who have appointments booked. There will be no other services available at the health centre at these times and any emergencies will be directed to the Out of Hours service .
