Grace Beveridge and Karen Grady form our health visiting team for older people.

Grace and Karen help vulnerable older people deal with a variety of health, social and practical needs.
Community Matron
Sister Kam Hayre is the local community matron, helping the most high risk patients to stay healthy and stay at home. She only takes on patients who are referred by the doctors or hospitals.
