Grace Beveridge is our health visitor for older people.
She can be contacted directly by patients, relatives or carers on 0117 9027125.
Grace helps vulnerable older people deal with a variety of health, social and practical needs.
Community Matron
Sister Kam Hayre has recently left her post as the local community matron, helping the most high risk patients to stay healthy and stay at home. Her work is temporarily being covered by Community Matrons from neighbouring Health centres. Community Matrons only take on patients who are referred by the doctors or hospitals.
