Minor Surgery

Several of the doctors carry out minor surgical procedures – mainly joint injections and removal of lumps and bumps. The receptionists will be happy to advise you on which doctors to see. You will need to make a routine appointment with the doctor first of all, so that the doctor can assess the problem and advise whether a minor surgical procedure is appropriate 

Please note that we follow Bristol Primary Care Trusts guidelines on whether a minor surgical procedure can be performed on the NHS. For conditions not deemed appropriate for NHS treatment we will direct you to a private service if you wish.
