The doctors are happy to complete certain administrative forms, eg passport countersigning and travel cancellation forms, and carry out medicals, eg insurance and driving licence. These are not done in normal surgery time but are done after surgery.
Please help us by not using normal surgery appointments for these services, but contact reception in person or by telephone to make arrangements.
