Repeat Prescriptions

Repeat prescriptions will be issued at the doctor's discretion and are normally for patients on long term treatment. 

Requests for repeats can be made in writing by visiting reception, by fax or by post. Please use the tear-off slip from the right-hand side of your last prescription to order your new one. This ensures we have the exact drug names when ordering. 

We are now able to take requests for prescriptions online through this website. Click here to order your prescription.

Please note that in order to keep the phone lines free, we do not accept requests for repeat prescriptions by telephone.

Please allow 48 hours before collection and make allowances for weekends and public holidays.

We work very closely with local pharmacists, most of whom will order repeats for you, and most of whom operate the repeat dispensing system. This makes it much easier to re-order your medication, as you simply need to contact the pharmacy not the practice. You just need to ask your pharmacist about how this works.
